should test e be shot every other day?

.....test e should be shot twice a week, 250 mg's, for a 500 wk/cycle...

I think b/c of the ester it should be on sundays and weds, mondays and thurs, etc....

or is it shot EOD like mon and weds, tue and thurs, etc.....

I forget! help me out!
