I started on 350mg/week of prop cause I only initially got 10mls and wanted it to last, but have just picked up another 40mls. The one I am on is for veterinarian use, 50mg/ml.
Therefore I inject 2ml/100mg every second day.
I have no problem increasing this to 2ml(100mg/day = 700mg/week) every day or even 3ml(150mg/day = 1050mg/week) if necessary and if the gains will be profoundly better. So this is the question, what mg/day or what mg every second day should i increase to ?
Am I assuming correctly that because test is all the same (just slower and faster releasing) that 600mg/week of prop would have given me exactly the same gains as 600mg/week of sus ?
Until 5 weeks ago, I had never gone to the gym in my life, and was 100% vegetarian.
I now go to gym 3-4 times a week and eat meat every day.
