can sombody answer a question about test en and cyp?..

i am a 36 year old male 5'6 at 170lb. i been working out for 6yrs,but haven't work out 4 about 1yr.however,i am getting ready to do a cycle 4 the first time, i have test enth.and cypionate as well as deccabol.what i need to knw. to start my cycle is it best to start w/the test enth.first and finish of w/the cypionate and decca? if so would i start w/500mg a week of the test and would that be all in 1 shot or would i split it up at 250mg twice a week?what would be your opinion?..

wow.. i would workout for 1 month before starting the cycle..

and then run 250mg monday and thursday

also, run the deca throughout the cycle, at 400mg per week 1 injection..

and you can mix the compounds..

    example

    monday
1 shot with 250mg test and 400mg decca in 1 injection
    thursday
    1 shot with 250mg test

run this cycle at least 10 weeks, but run the test for 12

I don't understand why someone who hasn't worked out in over a year would jump on a cycle.
I wouldn't tell someone to cycle unless they have been consistently working out for over a year, minimum.

that is true, however you have not worked out in a year.. thus the reason to workout and get the body back to the state of which you were when you had stopped..

others would recommend that you should be working out for 1-2 years consistently and be at a stage where you are no longer growing..

others still would say not to mess with your hormones unless you were going to be competing, and thus would need to exceed your genetic maximums.

Thats why you are getting the responses you are..

also, what would be your goals and do you have a planned pct??

    lets see your diet..

good advice thanks!. just to give you a better idea of who i am and what are my goals. i am 36yrs old construction worker and i also attend college for computer tech.my goals at this point are not for competing or competition other than myself.however,i work out to stay in shape. when i started it it,it came natural to me as well as a hard habit to break. it is just something i enjoy to relieve stress and also to feel good about myself.my goal and diet at this point is to gain mass and a lot of it.my metabolism always been high so my intake of carbs are high.my diet?..consist of a lot of meat, potatoes and poultry. i stay away from white sugars , soda and junk foods.my hydrate consist of h20 besides that, juice.supplements conclude aminos, whey and glutinmin.
