How much Primoplex or mastaplex to use

If I was to add primoplex or mastaplex into my next cycle how much would you take. they both are ethanate esters (masta has low dose propianate).

also would it be good like this.
1-4 dbol 50mgs
1-12 test 600 cypanate
1-10 masta or prim0plex ( can someone tell me dose and frequency)
8-14 winny
12-15 test prop

PCT at the end.
