Most will say spread them out evenly throughout the day to keep blood levels stable but others like to do it the way you mentioned. I don't think it's been shown superior either way.. gains will be pretty much the same so Id go with spreading them out and keeping things in order.
ok so if i decide to spread them out then when should i be taking them? i got 10mg pills so like 10 with breakfast then what?
well how much you taking a day? right now im taking 30mg a day with 10mg pills and i just try to take one every 8 hours or so

ok ill be doing week1 is 20mg...week2 is 30mg.....week3 is 40mg.....week4 is 30mg and week5 is 20mg.

Just spread them out, obviously you can't take a pill while you are sleeping so work around that and take one every 12 hours/every 8 hours/every 6 hours

my stats are 5'9 180lbs 24years old
for the 20mg week take one every 12 hours than for the 30mg a week take one every 8 hours and for the 40mg week every 6 hours if you can.. it doesn't really matter when you take it just spread it out evenly
i can't really answer your pct question clomid and tribulus are good but im not sure if you should run an ai or for a longer time how much clomid are you taking per week

agreed some say it matters some say it dont.Ihave 25mgs i take 1 mornin 1 late afternoon when using,d-bol has a active life of around 8 hrs or so
yea but i herd if u take all the pills at one time it puts added stress on your liver.
yeah thats what ive herd... i should have an anti estrogen on hand while on the cycle correct? and if gyno appears i should cut the dosage of dianabol in half and take the anti estrogen? for about how long should i continue this

right and for a diet ill be having a weight gainer shake for breakfast, 2hrs later eggs on whole wheat, 2hrs later protein shake and banana, then for lunch grilled chicken with a banana, then after my workout protein shake and banana,, then for dinner either steak,chicken,fish with sweet potatoe then a few hours after dinner ill be having oatmeal then casein shake before bed. how does this sound i don't wanna do anything wrong since this is my first cycle. SHOULD I ADD IN ANOTHER WEIGHT GAINER?

Why a dbol only cycle? Haven't you read the other million threads on dbol only cycles.
People take them all different ways, and no way has proven best. Because of that, I prefer to take them all in the morning, or split 12hrs. Just so that I don't have to drive around with a schedule III controlled substance on my person.

I'd add food instead of shakes.
Yeah I use to add shakes all through my day since they were easier and good for on the go protein.. If you can workout another meal.. Nothin is better than food the shakes dont have the carbs/protein/nutrient you shold get from a meal.. Maybe a meal and a shake!
