Hi, i'm 46 and ive trained moderatley without as's since i were about 20 up until about 5 or 6 years ago it slowed up, i just lifted a few weights at home now and again. Im now wanting to get into regaining some of my old self ha ha! but with a little help this time. Any advice on a first cycle doseage, type etc, the wife and i have done some research and we think that test (which tho ?) and deca seem to be what i should start on but i could be wrong, i'm 5 ft 10, 224lb im quite big, not so much fat more big boned ha ha!! my bmi i think is 32, any advice on cycles, when, where, what and how much for how long. Even if you confirm what i think or tell me i'm wrong any advice will be much appreciated.
