Correction I have test sups I was mistaken on my last post I want to take a little for race day freshness what is a good amount, and do you need to worry about estrogen blockers. Do any of the so called natural est blockers work. I did 50 mg the other day and I think my nips were sore but it could have been from riding in the cold that also can make you nips sore or in my head. I have a little gyno from childhood but it is barely noticeable now, my diet is great and body fat is below 8%. I am 40 and I think at times all the aerobic training lowers my natural test, what little I did take I felt very positive and calm. I am an endurance athlete looking for no gains in muscle I want to stay skinny right now 6' 160 summer 6' 157 just recovery and freshness.
