i just got done cutting down, and alost a lil muscle with it but not much. will try to get pics as soon as i can.
i am 6'5, 230lbs, about 11%(last time had it checked 2 weeks ago) my goal is to put on 20 pounds or more. and keep it.
pct will be, nolva(20mgED) and clomid 50mg/day for 4 weeks. maybe some hcg
diet will be high in calories.
right now i eat, 250g protein, 350g carbs, 110g fat(3400)
on cycle it will be, 350g protein, 600g carbs,130g fat(5000)
fats will be from good sources as they are now.
carbs will be baked potatoes,rice,whole wheat breads, and oats.
protein will be, whey, steak,chicken,tuna.(mostly red meat)
