    Clen only?

    Ok so I am going to start a 12-16 week transformation I have made some good strides over the last year going from a fatty of 235-240lbs to 196lbs currently I just want to trim down some more and give my body some definition. My diet is in check high protein low car no suguars and only good fats.Thinking of running clen solo and possibly throwing in a pro hormone not sure about the pro hormone though? ran winny two years ago did shit don't know if it was legit but the clen is seen results from same stuff on someone else. Any suggestions comments any guidence ill take.

    first off. i want to give you props. you look good.. great change. and its good that you did that natural. now.. clen will help to shed some bodyfat. but everyone reacts diff to it. personally i didnt see much diff in my body when i was using it. do you know much about clen? i personally think that the sides outweigh the pros. as far as the ph i would just say dont waste your money. you are making great progress and the ph really isnt going to do much for you.

    awesome progress bro!!! You should feel very proud of yourself. As for the clen your better off with out it. For me it makes it hard to sleep makes you jittery your heart pounds and then after 2 weeks does nothing. IMO clen just isn't worth it. Your doing great right now, stick with it.

    clen and t3 is a good combo but I would recommend a cycle with anavar.... if you want to do clen check out some of the educational threads before you start it.... clen works well for many but not all and can be dangerous if not used correctly.....

    Many people have had great results with clen. Personally I like the stuff. If you do take it them I would suggest running it all in the morning. If you take it after 2ish then good luck getting to sleep. Also pyramid it from low to high back to low at the end. If it is your first time find out slowely were you can tolerate it and remember if you take x and dont feel anything an hour later dont take x more yet. Give it time to do its work, taking to much really sucks until it goes through your system.

    wow im seriously impressed. you did one hell of a good job bro and if it wasnt for the tat's i might doubt that there both you because you changed so much. you should be proud and a cycle would really help you get to were you want to be. if i were you i would do a test, eq, masteron cycle. im sure clen would help to but i dont touch it because of the sides it could have on your heart so i cant help you on that but theres alot of people on here that can. keep up the good work bro and you should really be proud of yourself

    if u made that good of progress natural i would just stay natural...if you wanna try clen alone this is how id do it.

    start off 20mcds the first day. then add 20mcds every day till you reach 120-140 or what ever u feel comfortable. then after u hit your max go back the other direction and take away 20mcgs everyday. (pyramid bro)

    didnt see much results though...make sure to keep ur cardio up too. sme say its harder to cardio while on..
