Ok so I am going to start a 12-16 week transformation I have made some good strides over the last year going from a fatty of 235-240lbs to 196lbs currently I just want to trim down some more and give my body some definition. My diet is in check high protein low car no suguars and only good fats.Thinking of running clen solo and possibly throwing in a pro hormone not sure about the pro hormone though? ran winny two years ago did shit don't know if it was legit but the clen is seen results from same stuff on someone else. Any suggestions comments any guidence ill take.
