I'm looking over old posts and want to verify this.
My goal is to cut bodyfat.
Before I hit the weights, should I.....
Eat a Pro/Carb, Pro/Fat, Protein only?
If carbs, what kind? Slow digesting, Fruit, Veggies, ect?
