How much nolva?

how much nolvadex should be used when doing 400mg of eq and 400 mg of test a week? Just to be safe. Have 10mg pills.

usually, the standard is 20 mg per day, but since your using so little test, I guess it depends on what ester it is. What are you taking, propinate?

I would wait until signs develop before you take it. If you are not prone it is a waste. If signs develop, take 40mg/day for a week, and if lump is dissapearing or gone, drop to 20mg/day until a week after its gone. If you want to run something all cycle, I would take arimidex as it stops gyno, and helps prevent bloating.

I agree with still growin, hold onto the Nolva until/if you have any signs of gyno. If you really need to feel safe as you get a few weeks into the cycle, then 10mgs/day should be fine. Some say taking Nolva throughout will somewhat hinder gains, but 10mgs shouldn't affect them too much. JMO.
