someone please look at this and tell me if im nuts im nut doing ANY legs right now because i had surgery 60 days ago just running. i work one bodypart each wkout, 1. chest ( i do 4 to 6 different exercises with between 2, 4 sets, 13,10,7,5 , if i do 2 sets i adjust it to 10,7 so on and so on) normaley totals 18,20 sets. 2. back i do 3 to 7 exercises same rep set up, total @20, 22 sets . 3 traps shoulders, 3 to 5 diff exercises, total set count @ 15-18, 4. arms 5 to 7 different exercises, usually @18-21 sets............. am i overworking ech workout without cardio takes me between 55 and 70 min, i burn between 440 and 675 calories
