    Help With My Cycle

    watsup guys i'm currently on a deca/sust 400/500mgs per week bulk cycle its my 5th week and everything it going good up 15 pounds getting big my my strength is going up like crazy and i'm eating alot good food good diet change it from my old diet witch i put up and it wassent good my question i'm worried about putting on fat or alot of fat i just want i sixpack and just lean muscle like everyone lol can you please tell me what i should do like cardio but i heard if you do intense cardio it interfers with your muscle growth so thats not good but i also heard to walk on incline on the tredmill and its good cardio and it doesn't interfere with your muscle groth is this true? SHould i eat less but that would interfere with my muscle growth? Should i do abs alot and cardio? please help its a tricky situation lol

    i dont really know what to tell you bro because i know what your saying but everyone is different. personally i can take d-bol, deca and test with armidex and cut up on that. it all depends on what you eat and how you train. if i wanted to do what you want i would consume 3-3500 calories of healthy food, 400 grams of protein and do cardio 5 days a week. i can grow of 3500 calories though and you might not be able to. your best bet is probably to finish your cycle while doing your cardio and try cutting after your done

    KEEP YOUR DIET CLEAN, AND EAT LOTS OF BASIC UNPROCESSED FOOD.

    WELL, THERE IS SOME TRUTH TO THAT, BUT TECHNICALLY AAS (ESPECIALLY THE GEAR AND DOSES YOU'RE RUNNING) WILL CREATE SUCH AN ANABOLIC ENVIRONMENT THAT THERE'S REALLY LITTLE TO WORRY ABOUT IN THIS AREA. AND IF AS YOU STATED YOUR GOAL IS DEFINITION, THEN YOU SHOULD CERTAINLY BE ENGAGING IN BOTH SUBSTANTIAL CARDIO AND AB WORK.

    AGAIN YOUR INFO IS CONVOLUTED; IT REALLY DOESN'T MATTER AS TO THE TYPE OF CARDIO, BUT RATHER THE FREQUENCY, INTENSITY, AND DURATION. HOWEVER, AS STATED YOU CAN DO LOTS OF CARDIO AND STILL CONTRIBUTE TO YOUR IDENTIFIED GOAL. THE CARDIO IS SUPPLEMENTAL, WHERE AS PROPER DIET AND STIMULUS (LIFTING & RECOVERY) PRIMARILY DICTATE MUSCLE GROWTH.

    WELL, YOU SAID YOU'RE UP 15LBS IN 5WKS. THE QUESTION BECOMES ONE OF SATISFACTION...IS THAT ENOUGH FOR YOU, IF SO CUT BACK.

    YES, IF AS YOU SAY YOU WANT A PRESENTLY NON-EXISTENT SIX PACK. BUT TO PROPERLY DEFINE "A LOT OF CARDIO", YOU'LL NEED TO LEARN YOUR BODIES REQUIREMENTS AND ADJUST ACCORDINGLY, BASED ON THE DESIRED MUSCULATURE AND DEFINITION...YOU'LL HAVE TO FIND A BALANCE.

    There's no cookie cutter template here. Experiment, keep notes on the results, and make the necessary changes.
