so thats not good but i also heard to walk on incline on the tredmill and its good cardio and it doesn't interfere with your muscle groth is this true?

THE CARDIO IS SUPPLEMENTAL, WHERE AS PROPER DIET AND STIMULUS (LIFTING & RECOVERY) PRIMARILY DICTATE MUSCLE GROWTH.
