    Corticosteroids doping?

    I' ve read that glucocorticoids are listed as banned. Why, I know that used for a long time, they can cause muscle weaknes, suppress adrenal gland natural hormone production. In wich kinds of sports are they used?

    P.S. I personally don't use them- just interested!

    Corticosteroids are ued on the skin I believe for things like exema and scoriaciss... They help with healing.

    Corticosteroids like prednisone arent AAS. They help treat many disorders related to inflammation.
