The ones that convert to estrogen easily

for example test will, do a search on those compounds in the profile section. The write ups specifically tell you if the convert to estrogen or not.

If you look at people with giantism (determined by abnormally high igf levels), they continue to grow taller well past their late 20's.

it's not just determined by one growth factor dude. it's a complex chain of events. you can't make yourself keep growing by using a couple of compounds if that's what you're thinking.
