    nolva

    need help asap, just finished a dbol only cycle of 25mg a day (know u r all against this cycle but gained 14lb off it and am hoping to keep some of it hence the question), i am due to start taking my nolva today but have lost my pct planning, i can remember i was suposed to take 60mg for the first day and then 40mg for a bit and then 20mg for the rest, just cant remember for how long. any help appreciated

    Until you feel normal, preferably done via blood work. Usually in the vicinity of 4 weeks. Can keep the dosage constant.
