Under my administration, he would be executed on the spot!

Doing this rids society of a sick evil ****, minimzes tax burdens by not taking care of him for 60yrs in Prison. Gives the victims family a sense of Justice.

I could go on, but make no mistake about it. The prisoners will kill him when they find out his crime. Child rape is the worst crime ever and is even looked down upon in the prison community.
