W - 180 (I still have one month of bulking left so 185 could get hit)
Age - 23
Sex - Male
I would like to start getting my diet down for cutting.
I plan on intaking
Cals - Now(3600) - After(3200)
Carbs - Now(over 250g) - After(200g)
Fats - Now(Over 400g) - After(100-200g)
Protein - Now(200-220) - After(per Pound so 185g)
I am also not wanting to lose Muscle mass so I will take Fish Oil pills and maybe Clen...?
And from here on the reest would be for workout forum.
