After hearing all the rave reviews about amp02/lipoflame, I made the purchase and have been experimenting with dosages and will give my honest opinion on the products. I have no cycle experience and only supplement with the normal protein, vitamins, creatine, glutamine, fish oils, etc. I purchased 2 "lipostacks" and have experimented and will keep experimenting with different dosages to see what suits me best.
Day 1
I woke up for morning cardio and took 3 lipoflames on an empty stomach and around 20-30 ounces of water before i headed to the gym for cardio. I showed up at the gym 40 minutes after ingesting 3 lipoflames. I went through my cardio pretty easily but didn't experience the extreme sweating and body heat flush that others have reported. I definitely noticed a stimulant effect and found myself speaking a little faster to members that are my friends that I see at my gym. I experienced none of the mood inhibiting effects that others have reported. There was no "crash" and I ended up being hungry an hour after my cardio but I was kind of cranky /not feeling the good mood effects that others have reported.
Before lifting, I ingested 6 amplify 02's to see how my body would react as 6 amps are half the recommended dose. I didn't feel much and wish I had ingested the 10 caps dose as I didn't experience the major pumps and extra energy as others have claimed. I felt like I had a typical workout for me and was more on the low energy end.
Day 2
I was feeling a little disappointed after hearing the rave reviews that others experienced so I decided to stack the lipo/amp to see if my body would react better. I did not take the lipoflame in the morning before my cardio as I felt like it made me feel kinda weird. I have read that 2 lipos/5 amplify 02's are a good combo to have before lifting so I decided to take 2 lipos/3 amplify 02's pre workout. I ingested the lipostack and also took 5g BCAA and 2.5g creatine pre-workout. I drank 30 oz of water and headed to the gym 30 minutes later.
Finally, I felt some real effects. I got kinda scared for a minute because I could feel my heart racing pretty fast and I just felt a burst of energy brewing in my stomach/chest. I was lifting more weight than normal and didn't feel like resting much after my sets. I had to stop for a minute and calm myself down because I felt like I might puke/faint. I huddled over for 30 seconds to catch my breath and went back to lifting. I experienced huge pumps. It was back day but my left arm got really really tight and it spooked me because I never felt a pump like that before. As I said before, I have never done a cycle but I now somewhat understand how something can give you more power and energy. I am curious to know if the creatine/BCAA's played a role in this experience and will experiment with and without the supps to see if there is a difference. I'm too scared to up the dose to 2 lipos and 5 amps and will stick to 2/3 for the time being. The day after my lipo/amp back workout my back was extremely soar. I have not been experiencing muscle soreness after lifting lately and it felt great to wake up with the soreness.
