Just an advice you should take it before you want to take this particular Supplement make sure you dont have a sensitive stomach or you dont gag easily (everyone is different).
I tried it last year and the taste was Horrible and I only put a little in my mouth and I though I would puke. Now I still have it and I dont use it I wont touch it anymore....For the next 2 days I felt very tired my stomach very strange. It doenst taste good and dont WASTE YOUR MONEY ! Might taste a little good for the first 4 seconds after is you dont even want to know.
Though the Nitro-Tech from the same brand the Chocolate taste was just awesome good taste..dont try the strawberry flavor is not that great.. I had the best gains with Nitro-Tech you feel it from the very first day its really worth it. For questions ask me !
