Hey everyone, I am new to this forum and I will start off by saying I am 19years old, 5' 10" 195lb and have been into serious lifting since I was 17 and have been hitting the gym since I was 15. My bench max is 255 and I finish up my squat sets with 325lb X 5. I have been running a lot more lately and been doing higher reps with less weight to begin cutting up for the spring and summer. I am down to 185lb now and I have been looking into steroids.. I cannot overcome this plateau like the other plateau's i have encountered. I need a boost and this is why I am thinking of using steroids.
I am not to sure where to start, I am a young guy, I don't feel as if I need to jump on TEST for my first cycle but I am new to this stuff advice with this stuff. My BF is 18% and I have a good solid build with everything pretty proportional. My goal is to get over this plateau, become stroger, maybe compete in the near future, and give my muscles a more defined, hard and dense look. Where do I start?
