    just finished my 1st cycle

    hi i just finsihed my 1st cycle i was doing a sustanon only cycle 1st 2 weeks i did 750mg then next 4 weeks i did 500mg , my bench press has increased by 25-30kg, and i have put on nearly a stone in weight, are these good gains for a sustanon only cycle ? planning my next cycle going to do 1000mg of sust a week,200mg decca, injectable d-bol 1 shot every 3 days what u think to that for a cycle ?? cheers

    i am 6"2, before i started the cycle i was 70kg now im up to baout 78kg i ave also put about 1" 3/4 on my chest and 1" and a bit on each arm ! does this help ? cheers

    to young bro.. I personally dont like to advise sum1 ur age unless uve had ur test level checked and it was really low...Wait 5 or tem more yrs b4 ur next1..Thats my advise...Mabye chuck can help ya...

    Not tryin to be rude at all so dont take it that way if ur DEAD SET on runnin' another1 Sum1 will help u out im sure..I hope u did a good pct, my advise on top of waiting is if u do.. make sure u run a good pct... Good luck bro.. And think it through...

    What the hell dude you started doing steroids at 154 lbs, and 6'2???

    I bet your diet sucks and thats why you couldn't gain weight. After the water weight drops off you will be disappointed. Learn how to eat and train properly, and your results will be much better than if you try to make up for your shortcomings with drugs.

    How many calories do you eat every day? How many meals?

    cheers , nah not taking it thwe wrong way but i also got a few replys on another thread i stared a while ago about pct and a few of the guys wer saying if its your 1st ccyle on relativly low dosage you chould be fine without pct, i only did 5 or 6 weeks on the sust, havent had any testicaular shrinkage or any side effects like that ! i am tempted to do another cycle wanna bulk up for da summer i got a reliable source that has beein doing aas for 7 years and he is huge !so all gear is legit aswell !

    Without sufficient calories, even on steroids you won't get very good results except a few pounds, and a shit ton of water.

    Think about it... you can't build a house without bricks (calories) can you? No matter how fast your workers can work (AAS), it doesnt matter if you dont have sufficient raw materials for building.

    i cant tell you exactly how much calories i eat but i eat one hell of a lot always had a high metabolism and never been able to gain weight !! i eat about 6 meals a day with snacks in between,!!! i eat alot of chicken,pasta,rice,pork,lamb and lots more

    If you don't know how many calories you eat, you're probably not eating enough. You need to know how many grams of protein/fat/carbs you're eating every day, not just guess. And if you have a high metabolism? Just have to eat more.

    What does a typical meal look like for you (with amounts)?

    I was a hardgainer too... until I fixed my diet. Went from 135lbs to 185lbs natural with an addition of 1-2% bodyfat. Took 1 1/2 years. Bet you can't gain 50 lbs ON steroids with a shitty diet.

    thats wot im trying to say i do ave enouhg calories in my diet i dont even want to work out how much i eat becasue i can tell you id would be one hell of alot !! and this is the advice form my man down they gym EAT,EAT,EAT and thats what i do all thwe time anyways !!!

    OBVIOUSLY if you can't get above 154lbs naturally, you do NOT have enough calories in your diet. Simple physiology.

    wellon a noraml day i would eat , for breakfast : 3bacon,3 sassuage,3egg,3 hashbrown, beans, , snack: chicken breast and waffel sandwhich, lunch pasta sauce and meat of some sort, tea: prok chops and lots of veg, snack after that : kebab , then toast cerials milk and toasted sandwhich before bed !!!!!

    That really doesn't help if you don't have food amounts... the amount of food is more important than the food itself.

    I can tell you you're probably not eating enough to gain muscle at an efficient rate. That's really not a lot of food.

    Just a guess, from your height/weight and your fast metabolism you describe, I'd say you probably need 1.5-2x that amount every day.

    too young...learn how to properly eat and you need a PCT from every cycle...do more research before you put anything else into your body..no PCT and poor diet is gonna result in the loss of all the gains from your cycle very soon

    The average male body doesnt stop growing till they are 21. I wouldnt do any juice till then but you prob will anyway so ask around and read alot first.

    i don't think steroids should be used as a get big quick scheme,i think after several years of proper diet and training and reaching a plateau,then maybe consider juicing,maybe.

    if you dont know how many calories you are eating a day and what the specs of those calories are, then you probably dont have your diet, training, or much of anything in proper order to do aas......plan out a proper diet, train hard, and stick to this for a couple of years and then think about doing another cycle. UNTIL THEN, READ AND RESEARCH THIS SITE, AND IN A COUPLE OF YEARS, YOU WILL BE READY....

    This is a very interesting tread. I'm actually 200lbs (5'8) and just started my first cycle. I'm trying to burn fat and gain muscle. Of course, most of the guys on here know a lot about this stuff and I'm learning alot of this for the first time. I'm doing my shots on Mondays and Thursdays. On Mondays I do Test (1cc)and on Thursdays I do Deca (1cc). I've been on it for a week and have already started getting results. I work out 6 days a week. I do about 30-45 minutes of cardio and about 1 hour to 1 1/2 of training. I'm busting my ass in the gym everyday but wanted to join this forum because so many of you seem to have so much info and knowleage. ANyhow, any info or guidence would be awesome. All this is pretty new to me and the smallest things sort of freak me out and make me think my body is not reacting well. I've read most of the stuff thats been happening and it's all pretty normal (soarness in the glute after taking deca shot, varicose vein on my leg which was due to the change of hormones). Alright I rambled a little. I will post pics soon. I will take pictures every Monday.

    Welcome to the boards man! You probably should have started your own thread, but anyway, imo you should combine your shots so you're injecting them both twice a week. But if this is your first cycle I wouldn't recomend running the deca anyway. Its better to run test only for your first cycle.
