a good diet and cardio will be a good start for you without using the clen and once you hit a sticking point then go onto the clens imo, see what you can do naturaly first, you'll be suprised what you can do when you put your mind to it. check the diet forum out and go from there and then think about clens afterwards.

after your diet is in check i would start with 60mcgs of clen then up it 20mcgs per day untill sides appear then stay. i wouldnt go over 140mcgs ed.
