    bcaa's or glutamine b4 cardio??

    as of right now i do my cardio on an empty stomach in the morning.

    then i lift at night. i take my bcaa's/glutamine before and after workout.

    for right now i dont take anything before and after cardio, besides breakfast afterwards.

    should i be taking anything to prevent muscle loss/breakdown b4 or after cardio??

    if u stick w/ low impact car-dee-o (e.g. elliptical) you should b alright

    its the high impact schtuff thats gonna eat away at ur muskles (e.g. running)

    but if you wanna take bcaas b4!

    U can take some bcaas before ur cardio(u can also take some during ur cardio),if u eat ur breakfast right after ur cardio u can skip taking bcaa or glutamine.
