Anyone here ever get those days that no matter what you eat you stay hungry like 20 minutes after your meal? I can't stop eating today, it's all good food but i'm trying to cut and i'm above my daily caloric intake and it's only 3 20

I get those days too and I feel like I cannot stop eating and feel kind of guilty but as Soulstealer said just don't eat what you are not supposse to and you should be fine
ahh i just binged out on peanut butter.. idk wtf is with me today i just want to eat anything i can get my hands on..
Whats your diet look like BTW?
ok i will post up what i ate today... i know protein shakes aren't the best but they are a godo cheap source and i am a college kid on his own with food so i have to make do with my funds..
woke up at 630 am 2 scoops muscle milk
inbetween my college classes i had another 2 scoops of muscle milk this was 9 am
i come home from school at 11 had 1 can tuna, 1/2 cup of oats
that should of held me over for 2 hours... but i was starving by 12 so i microwaved a yam
starving again at 1 so i ate 7/10 of a pound of top butt sirloin steak with 4 hard boiled eggs, ate yolk and whites
230 rolls by i am starving, i cook 6 more whole eggs.. (i am not scared of fat, my body is much more sensitive to carbs by far)
then right befor ei posted my peanut butter binge, i probably ate 8 spoonfuls of some peanut butter... mmmm soooo gooey and good, i couldn't stop i just kept getting spoonfuls and spoonfuls.. and i could still go in my kitchen and cook some chicken breasts without a doubt
i'm really in the mood for something sweet... i feel like cheating so bad.. thinking about running up to grocery store and getting those sugar free hersheys.. it's got some fat in it but no trans fats and it's all sugar alcohols, that or a met-rx protein bar chocolate roasted peanut yummm... all sugar alcohols
I just make sure and fill up fast on some bland ass protein like egg whites until Im full
So basically your starving yourself in the morning and while you can handle it and compensating but eating a crap load of fat at night when you cant...

i was running late so i had to have a shake before class, and while i am at school i can only have another shake, it was a bad morning i'll admit that
back to back classes doe snot give me much time to do anything with food
try some pizza hut
