    extreme body shakes

I am starting my 9th week of Test C and last night I had crazy body shakes like I was tossed into a freezing lake. I had to roll up a towel and bite down on it because my teeth were chattering so hard. I curled up on my couch and covered up in blankets but it took about 20 minutes to pass.
I have heard of test flu but I thought that only came with Sust. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience.

your immune system goes down big time when you're cycling, that's why it's vital to keep up with your vitamins. Seems like you are getting a cold. I would recommend loading up on Vitamin C, and taking some Tylenol PM before you go to bed if you don't want to see a doctor. Also go out and buy a good multi-vitamin incase you don't have any. I've been through the same thing, it's your immune system getting weaker.

I have been taking vitamins and I have a little cough but this was insane. You would have thought I was having a seizure.

sounds like you might be developing a fever, perhaps nothing to do with your gear... just one of those one-offs ... never heard of test flu this far in (unless you're changing esters/brands of course, which would be foreseeable)

    Maybe you have an infection...

My wife recently had mastitus from breast feading and there were red lines and splotch's going up her chest. Take away the visual redness and she also had flu like symptoms like vomiting, nausea, extreme chills and shakes. She went to her physician and they prescribed an antibiotic. Within a day she was back to normal.

Yeah, I have a mild cough and some asthma symptoms but other than that I feel alright. Thanks for the input guys...hopefully its nothing serious like pneumonia creeping up on me.
