Just going to start by saying ive just become a member but have been reading the forums etc on here for a while now it has been the best source of advise and help for me! Cheers guys!
Anyway, now its time for you guys to grill me on my 1st cycle of Danabol!
I started my first Danabol cycle on 29th March, so nearly two weeks in. Ive seen amazing strength gains and size around my shoulders and back already. I didnt take my weight right from the start but did wednesday and I`m 20years old wei***ng 97.6kg, height 5 9". Im totally gussing at a 5lb increase already. W 34, C 47, A 17, Q 26. 20% body fat
Im splitting 5 10mg tabs through the day from 730am till post training at 8pm. Is that a good split through the day?
My eating is:
730am Albran (eggs bloat me up too much) & protein shake (v good brand)
10am protein shake and bannana
1pm two chicken breasts with rice, apple and orange
3pm protein shake and bannana
530pm two chicken breasts with rice
6:45-8pm TRAIN
8pm protein shake
815pm (when get home from gym) normal dinner
1030/11pm protein shake
How does that stake up guys? I work in an office so i cant tuck into big meals during the day. Im scheduled to finish the cycle (6weeks) mid may, then thinking about doing soe clens to lean up for the summer before a second cycle of danabol
