    What do you think?

I want to get some estimates of what you guys think my BF% is. I'm gaining right now and want to figure out about how many pounds I'm going to need to drop to get down to around 10% to 12% I'm currently 235 at 5'11" going to get up to 240 and then start cutting. I have one of those at home BF% digital weight scales, and I'm hoping that what it's saying is wrong. Thanks guys.

    I'd give a rough guess of 16-18%.

My f-in scale says I'm at 31% bodyfat, I wanted to cry. But then I figured that would make me look like a pu$$y, so I just threw it out the window instead.

There are some bf scales that give a drastically different measurement if you don't set it to "athletic" There's one at the gym that I work at that shows like a 15% difference when we don't.

16-18% seems a bit high imo, i'd say closer to 14/15%.

I think at 31% you would technically be a donut.

I'd put you much closer to 13-14 then 16-18 IMO...
