Test E became cloudy with little pieces of stuff

Hi all, it's been a bit since i've posted here. I am doing a test and deca cycle now, and have been using this test for several weeks and it was very clear. Suddenly i went to inject today and noticed that the gear became cloudy with little bits of stuff on it, in the pics you can clearly see what i am talking about

interestingly enough in a prior cycle i was also using test e and the same thing happened to the test e , but the bottle was almost finished. Since this bottle is fairly full i obviously want to be sure if it is ok to use, and if not what i can do to fix it since it is about 3/4 full

I read that if it's cloudy it can be heated, and i did this and it did not seem to have any effect (Put it in a bag, in hot water at 120F for 10 mins and shook it, nothing happened)

Interestingly enough, in both times the test became cloudy, it was outside of a bag and in a box between injections. Don't know if this means anything or not. It seems if i had it in a bag, it never became cloudy? I was reading about moisture and i thought that maybe this had something to do with it. But then i have those bits of stuff too in the test-e vial.

Thanks guys for any help on this
