^ I would like a poster size of that to frame and hang on my wall. When people come over they'll think I have some sort of motivational poster up until they read it.

I watched a special on giant squids, I guess in the really deep parts of the ocean they get REALLY big.

They put some squid in with some great whites but were concerned the sharks might kill/eat the squid.

The next day 2 of the sharks were dead and they thought the squid were infected with something that killed the sharks.

The next day, more dead sharks, they placed a camera in the tank to observe.

Turns out the squid are extreamly agressive at night and were killing the sharks! They have a bad ass beak that peels though flesh and bone. They are pretty intresting creatures, kinda like women.

I call bs... They've never been able to capture a live giant squid and put it in a tank for one. And Great White sharks don't last in tanks, they die too quickly.

Also, after reading what you said the word athletes stuck in my head. As soon as I saw the title, "Great White Shark Jumping" I was expecting guys to be jumping from boat to boat over a great white shark...

That video of the guy shark fishing reminds me of a lady I met once. The lady and her husband were big into deep sea fishing. I asked them if they ever shark fish to which they replied that they dont shark fish anymore. I kind of cracked a joke about how I would be scared to bring them on the boat. The lady said that if you did shark fish not to bring them aboard. She said that they can play dead for hours once aboard. I was kind of like ok, thats good to know. She then showed me a huge scar on her thigh, she said this is what can happen if you get to close to them even if you think they are dead. I was shocked and a bit awe struck by it because it looked like it was a fairly big shark that got her.

They did not use a giant squid, it was smaller squid and I guess they only live a year or 2 maybe? They were VERY small but grow VERY fast in a year.

The sharks were not adults either, but maybe 4-5 feet long.

Octopus have been known to kill sharks as well.

Now, this is no great white, but its not a huge octopus either.

So I could see a giant squid/octopus taking down a great white, but I dont believe that has happened, on camera anyway

It would probably come down too what ever animal was the most agressive.

A squid and octopus definatly have the potential to kill anything in the ocean close to their size.

Holy shit! That's awesome. That's definitely what J-Dogg was talkin about. It's crazy that you don't realize the size of the octopus until it attacks the shark.

    Yeah its pretty amazing.

A giant squid/octopus could def. f some shiz up

They stay way far down in the dark depths. I mean, there has been evidence of giant squids, washing up on shore and stuff, and a few camera shots way down there.

It would be really cool to see one in action though
