Help please with injecting

Just started deca and Sustanon.. my ass was so sore and still is where is the best place to do it, any thing i can do for the pain?? thanks

Try the outer upper quad area............massage the hell of it after the injection.

I stuck myself in the quad yesterday and even as I am sitting here at my desk today I am still kinda massaging it when I'm on the phone, etc. I have had extreme soreness from the the t400 i'm on, and I am trying to manage this one. The massaging seems to help a little.

I shot in the glute last week and could barely sit down for 4 days. Sucks.

A heat pack on the injection site and loads of massaging like william said is the way to go. Unfortunately some brands / compounds just hurt a bit.
