hey guys , im startin my cycle tm finally and puttin the pieces to the puzzle together for one last time .
ive been dieting for a month now and dropped from 200 to 186lbs and tryin to put some lean muscle on now and increase vascularity, with that being said heres stats- cycle.

now my question is i want to be taking clen with it , i see alot of posts about clen about 2weeks on 2weeks off werks best then i see 1 week on 1 week off works best so im all over the place here.
given my stats and goals im thinkin first 3 days looks like this
day1 60mcg
day2 80mcg
day3 100mcg ( and not going any higher for rest of the days)
which is better 2on 2off or 1on 1 off?
also will be doign eca on days off of clen.
