Hello everyone!
Im starting to cut. Im 22, and I'm poor.
As long as I get my cheat meal, Ill eat anything.
What can I do? I don't even have a car, I have to get rides from my family, and they look at me with disdain when I diet (all the protein and meals).
On top of it all, I'm travelling to Brazil on May 18, 2008
I was thinking:
5lbs whey tub for 35$ (Smooth banana from Dymatize)
Lots of canned chicken
Fat Free ranch dressing
Lots of Tuna
And perhaps many egg whites?
What else?
