letro whilst on a cycle

Hi everyone,
Im really sorry if this has been coverd but will letro work (reduce puffyness) whilst on a cycle. my gynecomastia really isn't that bad at all but it is pre existing gyno caused from hcg, tbh you cannot really see it, theres just a tiny tiny bit of swelling visible. There is a pea size lump behind the nipple.

Will letro work on a cycle, or will it only work if used before a cycle??

My cycle is nolvadex 20mg ed till letro arrives
500mg sus p/w 1-12 weeks
400mg deca p/w 1-12 weeks
