    New Guy Advice please

    Hi everyone,

    I am a first time considerer of taking a cycle. First let me introduce myself a little. I'm 5'11" only 160. I very from 155 to 165. I have trained for years, since I was 17, I am now 29. I have wide shoulders but am small boned as I once weighed about 120 at 5'10" when I was 16. I gained a lot considerable, and am now a good 160, but am "top heavy". I have lifted weights for strength and mass in the past, but have never surpassed about 168-170. And during that mass time, I gained some chubb. I have cut back down to about 155-160 now trying to get cut up, but genetically its been impossible. I still have lower belly fat that I can't rid of and a lil around the nips. It's not bad, but I notice it. I train hard. and it sucks training so hard and never getting the full results that I see other people get.

    I work out doint circuit training now 3 days a week, run at least 2x a week, and do martial arts about 2-3 days a week. My diet is also pretty healthy and I would say I'm educated with the dieting and training.

    My goal, is to put on some lean muscle, I dont want much, I prefer to be on the lean side. So 8-10 lbs of muscle is perfect for me, 170 is my ideal size. But more so I would like to also get cut up, I have abs underneath the fat! I feel them! But I am never able to really get that cut up look!

    Secondly, I would like my libido to increase, I want to have sex like I was 17 again! It sucks when I can't go the rounds like I want to.

    third, my joints are bad, so I've cancelled out options such as Winstrol. I do jiujitsu so I would like my joints to stay flexible and with lots of collagen.

    So finally my question is: What could get me about 8-10lbs of muscle, a loss of body fat to get cut up, while keeping my joints fluid, and increasing my libido. Also to keep in mind I would prefer the low side effects steroids, such as primoboloan (but i dont know anyone that could get). I break out easy and I've finally managed to get my acne under control (although it was never horrible). Also, a concern would be gyno, I would like to loose my nip fat, and not gain any more.

    I know this is like a story, but I'm very serious. So thank you all for reading, and helping. I appreciate it greatly.

    To note: I have sources that are recommending a sustanon 250 month cycle as they state "it has everything in it". Said first two weeks run 500mg at 250mg each shot. Then last two weeks one shot a week. I would prefer primo but cant get it. Anavar sounds good but I would worry about oral.

    Would sustanon be ok for me? and if so should I take an anti-estro or something to help with side effects. Someone told me I would be taking such low dosage of sustanon that I wouldnt need it, but I worry about the side effects still.

    no, but there is no need to taper the sust down twoards the end. You wull get bad sides shooting it 1x a week.

    Bro you're getting bad advice! Stay away from the juice for now and try to bulk up those extra lb's you want naturally. Today alone I've read some threads of guys jumping in because of bad advice given to them by "friends and sources". IMO give yourself a shot at diet and training for a while longer.If you're not satisfied then , do what you gotta do. good luck

    Hey guys, I seen all the diet and training. I've done all that stuff. I've ate hard with a strict diet, trained hard. I believe I train pretty damn hard now. Martial arts for 3 hrs 2-3x a week. Lifting 2-3x a week, running 2x a week. I just ain't getting those damn results! it's aggravating. Also an increase in libido, joint mobility, and overall muscle/body composition is needed. It seems as if my body is aging quicker then my actual age, I can't gain and my muscle just doesn't stay like it used to. Its frustrating as hell.

    I really feel like its come to that time where I might need to do something like this.
    Any other input will be great.

    I keep seeing people say this needs to be shot eod (Blood levels) but then I click another link and see a guy running it every 3rd day or twice a week with good gains and limited sides. I understand every ones body is different so is it just something you need to see what works for you?

    for that cut up look...try starting off with clen or hydrox cut hXc for a little while till u reach the cut up look you seem to want. I have similar stats to you, im about 165 at 5'9 1/2 and hoenstly...i started out a little chubbier too but i used hydrox cut and had great results...havent cycled yet and am still gaining weight...your cardio seems to be in shape..i found interval sprints to be the best for the cut look around the mid section.... because i wasn't losing the muscle i gained in the gym. Get onto a field, and measure out 50 yards, or your ebst guess, put on some music, and sprint the whole way down, jog back, and repeat about 20-35 times, depending on what kind of shape you are in. You will be very surprised at what a great workout you will get and the results that will happen if you do this 3-4 times a week. the best way to lose fat i believe is to replace it with muscle. So do the sprints 3-4 times, train 4 times, and it will all come around. Sometimes changing simple things in your routine is all your body needs to take the next step. Often times it becomes used to the same process and it stops responding. same thing with taking tylenol all the time, it just stops working.
    If all of that fails, id run a simple test e cycle at 400mg a week for 12 weeks, or you seem to have access to sust, so a
    sust cycle,
    400-500 mg a week, 10 weeks
    split into 4shots,
    0.5 ml each time for the 500,
    if you are gyno prone, run nolva 10 mg ed
    THE BIG THING IS TO EAT A NORMAL DIET. DIETING or starving your body of its energy WHILE ON SUST would defeat the purpose of putting on muscle.

    do a pct 3 weeks after last shot
    nolva clomid
    20 mg 100mg
    20 mg 50 mg
    10 mg 50 mg

    i hope that helps and i hope you choose the first option of changing your routine, adding in sprints, and hitting the gym harder with a different routine. Ditch the circuit, hit the deep squats, that will boost your test by itself.

    Slamjamnet: I would try hydroxycut but isn't that to loose weight? I don't want to really loose any additional weight, I'm already pretty skinny! As far as clen, would that be an oral form? and does it have the same results as hydroxycut. I wouldnt mind taking either if I just lost a little weight. But could I eat like a mad man while on hydroxy or would that be pointless. Would I have to do a full cut down cycle.

    OK, so if sust I understand I would have to take it that often? I dont know if I want that long ass needle in my ass 3-4x a week. Any other options. I can get enanthate as well. Would that be ok to run. Also have winstrol availiable and deca/dbol I believe.

    Also, any thought on anavar?

    just to give a background on clen....what is does is it increase your body temperature a bit by increasing heat production in the Mitochondri(thanks steroid.com). However, with clen you have to deal with more issues of taking it very often, and have to deal with shaky hands, increased bp, etc. I didnt have any of that wiht hydroxy cut. If i were you, i would take hyrdoxy cut, cut down and diet to the look you want, and then build back up and put on clean solid mass, not bulk. It seems you want taht cut look. As i assume you are already a little thick, why not cut 10lbs, and then put back on 10lbs quality pounds of muscle. And the great part of this is you can do that in about 4-6 months depending on how strict you are and you dont have to touch aas. No AAS alone will cut you as well as you being extremely strict on your diet, training like an animal, and using the right supplements. Winny alone needs test.


    as far as injecting sust, twice in the glute, twice in the quads, 0.5 ml each time, you wont even feel it.

    just to note, any test can be used to cut, i personally wouldnt reccomend it, considering i was able to do it just fine without it.

    And finally, ot make my point of not using AAS again, 8-10 lbs is nothing, give yourself 6 months of HARDCORE training, and after your done cutting the fat, eat a super clean diet, and you will add those10lbs back on, but as muscle

    dont forget to train super hard while on hydroxy cut, and ABSOLUTELY YOU CAN STILL PUT ON MUSCLE,

    ephidrene, i forgot about is agood one...easy to get at any sup store...look into that if you dont have bad BP...

    i have not taken any gear yet. heres my opinion ,first off circut training is a waste of time. ithink you should be doing more power lifting, higherweight less reps. and strength exercises such as squating, dips, deadlifts,benchpressing , whatever. and do it 4x a week at least not 2-3. throw in cardio when you can, i guess.

    Thanks Slamjamnet, I am going to reconsider the cycle. I'm going to mass up 5-10 pounds and do a real cut down cycle with some hydroxycut.... if that dont work... then I'll be back on here to post.

    realistically address the short time sides, and the possible long-term health risks. after that dood, do the juice if you want to do the juice. youre a grown ass man. get ****in jacked if thats ur ambition. one life to live- live it on your terms.

    I've been doing strenght trainig again, and realized why I cut down to circuit training. Damn my joints get jacked... I cant do two strenous upper body days in a row. My shoulder joints get a bit sore. This sux!
