Swithc pins and re inject it. The steroid is fine

Just remove it with the pin still on shoot the blood out of the needle. The install a new pin and reshoot.

Worse case scenario a little blood shoots out its not very fun especially with high blood pressure but its no big deal. Thats why you alwasy aspirate.
