OK boys and girls, I just put down a 10 oz can of canned chicken breast. Its some good stuff if your looking for something quick, and your tired of the old tuna routine. I added a little fat free mayo, some pepper, and some sweet relish. Good suff on whole wheat bread! 10 oz can has 250 cals, 45 grams of protein, 1000mg of sodium... Ok well thats the bad part, 1 gram of fat 0 carbs. Its not cheap, but you can find it on sale. I found some 5 oz cans today for 4 for 5$. Give it a try. Any one else have any good quick clean food suggestions??? I'm always looking for something good!
