After waking up what is the longest you can wait to eat breakfast without going catabolic?
Because i workout in the morning, to be safe within 20 minutes of waking up i eat and have a protein shake. Don't know how long it takes but if i don't eat i feel like s@#t.
Depends how long you slept, when your last meal was and what your moring activities are. Glycogen levels could really vary depending on the person. Anyone who tries to give you an exact answer is really just rendering a guess.
Pretty much last meal at 11p.m. I'm up at 6a.m. and take bus (sleep an hour) and eat at 7a.m.
You are catabolic from the minute you wake up.
i eat a hlf cup of oats and 1 scoop of protine in the oats helps it tast alil better to soon a i wake up
as soon as i wake up i have a scoop of protein in water, then I start cooking my breakfast.
some oats with a table spoon of naty peanut butter and eggs.
