    Does Gyno ever go?

    I have a slightly sore nipple, and feels like a tiny little pea under it when i sqeeze it i get very small amount of what looks like milk lol, god it sounds bad but ye does this ev go and if so what do i need?

    it usually can go away if it hasnt been too long with it if so then its surgery straight up
