    Talking The ULTIMATE PWO Shake (BULK OR CUT)

    12-16 oz fat free milk
    2 scoops optimum nutrition chocolate protien powder
    5-6 ice cubes
    1-2 tablespoon natural peanut butter
    4 little packages of splenda
    1 banana
    1 tablespoon of hersheys light chocolate syrup

    TRY THIS AND TELL ME YOU'VE HAD SOMETHING BETTER!

    No need to post this same thing twice. And like I said before. Ultimate PWO shake? Ultimate in what way? Sure maybe your personal preference on taste but certainly not ultimate when it comes to bodybuilding thats for sure.

    No short acting carb (dex), fat from the PB and banana, along with diary from the milk are all no-no's for PWO. This may be decent for bulking at any other time of the day other than PWO. And certainly not for cutting.
