    Any Suggestions?

My first year wedding anniversary is coming up next weekend. I want to do something a little special for the wife. She rocks. Puts up with my BS and still puts out! gotta love her, anyways i have no idea what to do. Budget is a little limited, but it could be worse. Any pros out there?

Stick to tradition, buy her a book, first wedding anniversary present is paper.
Just had my 1 year this past weekend. Went out to dinner at a nice restaurant than went to a lounge where they had dueling piano's, I slipped the pianist a tip and asked him to play one of our songs. Which was Frank Sinatra -Come fly with me, oldies rock.

All good things. The honeymoon thing would be very cool, and as soon as i can remember our song i'll give that one some thought too lol. I was wondering if there was a traditional thing for the first year, i knew 50 was silver and what-not but i didn't know 1 was paper. She does like to read...

Ya know, i think you're right. I went all romantic for the longest time when we were dating, celebrated birthdays, anniversaries for fvcking everything, went all out on Christmas and Valentines. There's way to many "special occasions"

Don't be such a dick, people have been using the internet as a resource for years. And if you're close friends are like mine they may not be the best people to goto for advice
