    whos pct is better

is the pct in the main page of steroid.com (how to come off steroids) better than anthony roberts's or does it depend on the individual. i want to construct the best pct possible. (how to come off steroids) includes nolvadex, proviron, HCG, clomid and something to help with cortisol, lets say cytadren. anthony roberts's includes aromasin, nolvadex and hcg. So would nolvadex, proviron, hcg, clomid, cytadren and aromasin together be good or is it too much or maybe it counteracts. the proviron was used to help with the rebound effect and cytadren for cortisol. anthony roberts didnt include these. i just keep going around in circles. there must be the best possible pct. i want to beleive its anthony roberts but he didnt speak about cortisol. What are the ideas

I used AR's PCT and it worked great. No acne and kept most of my gains and strength. Recovery was fine, I just went back to normal. I am not sure about the other compounds you mentioned but I am now 100% of the opinion that PCT time should be 6 weeks min. I also believe you should have an AI and a SERM in there. I just don't understand these Clomid and Nolva PCT's.

I think what PCT depends on most is really how long and heavy your cycle has been. I think in order to find the 'best' PCT you need to find out for yourself as there could be many facets to the equation including your goals and individual body chemistry or response to compounds. Some people are prone to bitch tits, some acne etc. You might want to run an AI during the cycle to help with bloat but then change it up for PCT - who knows. See what helps you recover best yourself. I think that Nolva, Aromasin and HCG are a great combo. When I did my first cycle I used that and had some letro on hand in case I started looking like my avatar. Actually would that be a bad thing?....
