    Anavar And Test Cyp??

    I want some opinions on what you think about this stack. 40-60 Mg day with Anavar with only a small 250mg of cyp a week. I know its small amount but i want something to give me a little bit of weight and size gain. I would consider stacking anavar with Winstrol but a little too much liver toxicity there for me. I wonder how long i should take anavar?? ten weeks or like 8?if i use the cyp that will last ten weeks.??? Thoughts?Comments?? PLEASE

    6'0'' 225. 450mg/week Enan. for 8 weeks. 2) 300mg/week Deca 250mg/weekProp. for ten weeks. A lot of water retention now as i didn't post cylce correctly previously.

    what is you bf%? I'm thinking u are going for a lean mass bulk, if so a test/eq stack for 10-12 weeks may be a cheaper alternative... also convenient since you are going to have to inject your test anyway... what does your diet look like?

    My bf is rather high. its around 18%. I just want to lose most of my fat. Without starving myself and loosing any of my size. Thats why i want the low mg of test added on to the cylce. I just like the anavar because of the high strength gains also with the loss of fat too. Its really safe on the liver and doesn't convert estrogen. Its rather mild but highly effective for what i want it for. A typical days diet for me on cylce is Morning: two cups oats with honey, Protein shake with milk, 10g glutamine 25g whey, and some fruit. with a few shots of 100% pure egg whites. Pre lunch is usually a couple decent handfuls of cashews and peanuts with a whole grain bagel and a basic 25g whey shake. Lunch is two chicken breats with stir fry veggies with some rasberries. Pre dinner is a protein shake of 25g and a cup of white tuna. Dinner is either steak or chicken with veggies and fruit. then before bed is 25g of my casein protein.

    Ok, so i looked up on the equipose and i think i like the sound of a test cyp, and eq stack. 400mg/week eq with 400mg/week cyp. If i can control my appetite and cut some calories and up the cardio do you think it is possibile to lose some fat. I have a gut from hell and i think that loosing that is my first priority. And i really don't want any water ret and i know that is gonna be hard esp with cyp but if cardio is uped would that have any effect on water ret??

    if you just want to lose some bf then why not drop the cycle and go for clen and cardio

    ok, then let me ask you this question pietro75, could i still stick with the eq and cyp stack and do a shit load of abs and loose the gut? just have a hard stomach?? is that possible. Because the only place that i really have fat is in my midsection. I never did squats or really any cor workouts and no leg workouts. no cardio and no abs in my current cylces. Im doing four core workouts a week with a full day of legs with cardio and abs everyday??
