Hi how u doing I have tryed a couple of oral steroids (d-bol anadrol) I am now on my 3rd week of decal 500mg wk was wondering if it was advisable to take testosterone as well if so is it mixed or 2 separate jabs I am 200lbs struggling to gain more would appreciate advise

It is never advisble to use deca alone, we would need your complete stats to advise further.

Yes you need to be taking a testosterone with that Deca...it will/has shut your natty test production 100% by now

I would recommend test E 500mg/wk

what are your full stats?

You should read all the stickies in each of the forums

I'm not sure if I should advice you to stop now and do PCT (you don't know what that is yet), or to add test..

If Big is still around, he'll have some good advice for you on this

when your on steroids your body stops producing its natural test and therfor you do a pct after your cycle to start it back up again so you dont lose muscle along with many other side effects. there are people that can run deca alone without any problems but im highly against it. if you can get some test i would throw it in there asap, perferably prop since its faster acting

PCT is "post cycle therapy", it is what you do to restore your natural levels that are suppressed on cycle. it is VERY important. You need to start here, read all the posts at the top, then read them again:

sorry understand what you mean now I have clomid for end of cycle and using tamoxifen am from Scotland by the way been training hard nearly 4 yrs very strong but would like more size

i perfer the tamoxifen over clomid for pct and if you do add test you can mix it in the syring with the deca

Cheers for all the advise will get ma hands on wot a need asap this site is gold by the way. Sorry 1 more thing am using the deltoid the now is there any better sites for injecting or does it not realy matter.Thanks for everything will let u no how a get on cheers everybody.
