Hey guys, just a quick question but I guess I'll include my stats anyway 23, 5'6" 177 single-digit bodyfat, one cycle under my belt, and I'm about to start cycle 2. My question is what kind of supplementation, regimen, and/or diet tips could you give me to keep water bloat to a minimum without resorting to arimidex or nolva? I would like to maximize gains and would therefore like to avoid using these drugs unless it gets out of control or I get symptoms of gyno. My cycle will be 12 weeks sust/10weeks deca/4 weeks dbol. I have good knowledge of on-cycle training and diet macros, so it will basically be in good order, but any tips at all on combating bloat as much as possible would be greatly appreciated. I realize that there will still be some degree of bloat...I got it pretty bad on my first cycle of Test E and dbol... but I would like to minimize it this time around.
