Clen on an empty stomach or doesn't really matter ? (I reckon it doesn't matter, but just to be sure)

I work as a waiter and I'm basically walking for probably 5-8 hours straight almost every evening, should I do some cardio like running or swimming or would that be overkill?

I try to lift 4 times a week, I use a upper/lower body plan, 2 days heavy, 2 light, was thinking if I should change to a 3 day compound plan, opinions?
