Looking for sound advice for first timmer. After 15 years of working a mundane job. I am about to embark on a career that requires an academy that will be quite physicle. I have not worked out to any degree in the past 10 years and have basicly let myself go. Sad huh? It's crunch time and I need a turbo charge. I start the academy in Oct. I need something that will burn body fat, help my cardio, and build strength. I am 37 years old, 6'01", 240 lbs. I need to get down to around 210 lbs in two months! From what I have read, decca and anavar would help. But I have no idea what I am doing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I need to know about cycles, cycle times, pct, all that stuff. Thanks in advance!
