did u email them first prior to blowing up? It's happened to me in the past, the system doesn;t process it or your computer froze up and it didn;t go through. They have always been very helpful in matters such as this. So i'd suggest taking a chill pill and emailing them about it. this is why you get everything prior to starting your cycle so you dont have to worry about being late if something doesn;t go through.
