TestE 1-12 300mgs twice a week
TrenE 1-8 150mgs twice a week
(I just upped Tren it to 200mgs for the last couple of sets of injections) I'm thinking of extending them both because I have enough for both and I does me no good sitting on the shelf????
29 / 5'11 / started @180lbslbs now @190 / just started wk 7 yesterday. I put on 10lbs and hit a wall. My strenght is thru the roof and not many sides except for shortness of breath and my boys are a little low(HCG on the way) but, thats it. I thought Tren promoted lean muscle growth with strength and reduces body fat. I haven't cut carb but should I???? Everyone is saying I getting big and my bench is nuts right now. It's working but, I think I'm f***ing it up. I'm eating 4 times a day and It's clean along with 3 shakes+supps.
As of last night my 1 rep max was 455lbs on bench. I didn't get it clean because I cramped in my quad mid way thru but didn't bail on it. My leg literally cam out from under me and went straight. I filmed it on a DV Cam. I'm going to document it from now until I hit 500+. I only go heavy once every 2 weeks also..so it's not like I'm trying to powerlift but, it's the only awesome result i'm seeing.
Should I cut the carbs and do my best to do cardio even though it kills me and try and cutt it up???? or ride this bulk out. I just don't feel Ilooking good enough right now. I should be an animal. My mid section horrible looking it's their just buried under fat.
