    Red face Am back - new before/after pics

    Not posted here a while

    I got very busy with studying and slacked of gym and diet, i had lost alot of size due to late partying and eating 1 meal a day and snacking on junk

    few months ago i started training again with a stricter diet, heres the photo's to show my progress so far
